So your basically saying they backstabbed by doing standard business practice and ****ed it up by trying to make money to continue to make games?. How dare they not bend over backwards to accommodate a country that you openly claim thrives on the pirate industry. I'm sorry for your country's economic situation and your personal one, but BioWare/EA has done nothing wrong by charging money for DLC. Arguing over how much they might charge is a valid claim but not the fact it has a price tag alone.
In case you FAIL to understand (as you certainly do) ... they apply 1st world prices (Europe and North America) to the rest of the world without any reguard to the country actual economy (unless its to raise the price, hello European countries).
Its not just Brazil, is rampart globaly as the price is completly out of tune with the local economy reality.
Also you think this is just EA fault? everyone does it ... everyone, it seems they simply do not care and keep the price standerized to avoid revert importing, this been going on for years.
This is not "standart business pratice" as you cannot change the same prices as if everyone lives in the US of A, IF they did there would be revolution because people would be STARVING.

560?
While it should be free on Cerberus netwok, why choose 560?
You have to rechargge of 1000MS point, so it basically cost 10$
In any case, it's too much for a second Zaeed.

EA/BioWare is a company based in a 1st World County. They get probably over 90% of their business from 1st world countries. Their business model should be based around those economies. Its not their fault for the inflated import fees to some 2nd and 3rd world countries

No, it's 80 MS Points per dollar. (400 MS Points = $5, 1600 = $20, 4000 = $50, etc)
I don't know about the price, Warden's Keep for DA:O was 560, also. I guess BioWare wants to make a bit more change for their DLC. As long as it is below $10, I'm happy.

If its to much, simply don't buy it. You expect them to come up with different pricing models for economically challenged countries? I can only imagine the outrage people would have over that. Shoot they would probably have to clear it with their legal department first. Do you have any idea how much those kind of lawyers earn per hour? I can see it now, a drop down menu based on where you live and the price of the dlc raises/lowers accordingly.

I believe in capitalism. You pay for a product. If you dont like the price you either find someone that charges less or you go without it. People dont buy a product, the company lowers its prices to get business or they go under.
So you're endorsing piracy now?
Relax, just a joke :3

Joke or not. So long as people want something they cant afford people will steal. Its the human condition. If you believe everyone should be able to have everything for free we're moving towards communism. Most people should understand thats not a good option.

Nice going about ignoring the question ... now here is a tought, do you think a movie ticket costs the same globaly? do you think a DVD costs the same globaly?
DLC prices ARE NOT the game globaly BTW ... Missed that too?

Of course not. Its a totally different medium. Your paying for an experience and atmosphere. You also dont get to keep the movie after the fact.
"Do you think a DVD costs the same globaly?"
No there are import fees to various countries and other factors. I can go to three different retailers in a 10 mile radius and find the same DVD for 3 different prices. Whats your point there?
I dont see your point. You paid for the game, I am assuming as much anyways. Now they are offering a *add-on* thus another product so they have a right to try and charge money for it. I dont expect a game like Rock Band to give me every new track thats released for free.

So what was the point of the Cerberus network? Give us a couple little things that do NOTHING for the story at al, and then charge for stuff like this. This is the kind of crap that puts me off playing anymore. To those people out there that think they are getting screwed if they buy ME2 used.. Think about it this way. If you buy it used all you are missing out on is a few weapons and armor that really don't matter, that new hover craft thing that you can buy for some MS points if you really want, and not much else. Even if you have the cerberus network you have to pay for this new DLC. I mean I understand them charging for it, but those of us that got the game new with the cerberus network should at least get a discount.

The Network is only what? 2 months old? You act like the fact that there is DLC with a price tag its going to suddenly turn off the freebies. When we havent seen anything free for 6 months and they have released more priced DLC then people have the right to scream and moan. At this point its unjustified by the masses.
