Sounds like Zaed :-/. I hope she at least gets the actual dialog wheel treatment and doesn't just talk about old heists back on earth when you click on random stuff in her cabin.

I didn't mind the dialogue thing. It is great that there are now two women in the ME universe who don't want to bone my Shep.

I don't mind her not being romanceable, but no dialogue wheel means you'll only actually talk to her during her 1 hour loyalty mission. A bit.



She'll (probably) be like Zaed who suddenly lost all character depth after his mission.

When even a weapon-focused soldier can bypass or hack any system with a simple minigame having a "thief" character seems pretty much pointless.

I hate DLC and this reinforce my point of view. I'm nostalgic of the days which when they released games, the were complete, no useless (although cool looking) armors, weapons or cheap squad member to get (Zaeed) or boring little side mission (Normandy crash site) were added later (paid or not). Paying for them is worse, because no matter what, it will never be worth the price because either the content was already made and probably cut because it was useless, or it will be way to short or limitative, or both. When they released new content, they actually waited till they got worthwhile and plenty of content which makes up a whole instead of small things which do nothing. Ok, the new squad member looks alright, it seems like she will be comparable to the others in terms of what you can do with her unlike with Zaeed, but I'm 100% positive it will be overpriced. Take Bring Down the Sky for example, useless and short (30 minutes, 40 max) of shooting gameplay (I want story, not something I did for dozen of hours) and they charged you 10 bucks. 10 bucks for not even an hour! I mean, if you'd take granted ME1 is 20 hours, it's like 2,5$ per hour.

I think after the Shadow Broker DLC for Liara is released we'll be seeing continued little Cerberus Network DLC and the pay DLC to come will be much larger in content. Right now they're pumping out what was most likely the original planned set of DLC material. With the game out now and being able to see the customer response is worth the game to devote to extended DLC they can focus on it.

So don't buy it.  Don't complain about it being overpriced while at the same time suggest that you're still going to buy it.

Also:  Don't buy DLC immediately and wait for reviews?  Only takes two or three days, if that.

Go on YouTube. People have ripped some of the audio files for the Shadow Broker DLC just like they did Kasumi. There has also been talk online for months since the game came out of rumored DLC to be timed to come out with the ending of the comic series. 

Liara isnt going to be a possible squadmate but more story interaction with her  has been/is planned from the first day of release.
