Reading is what I usually do when bored. If I'm at the gym, it's to get some work done (and enjoy it of course) and get out. The less time spent around your average gym knucklehead the better :P. Otherwise I sit and groan over the fact that my writing has stalled and worry some few sentences to death before i scrap the whole thing and start over.

Hahaha that rings a bell.. in my case I just nerdrage and don't touch pen&paper for weeks.

I still manage to srawl ideas down in my "Idea Book", but they never go anywhere. It is more than a little frustrating.

I recommend upgrading your "Idea Book" to something like the Circa.  Removable pages and storyboard layout paper.  I can't even describe how useful it is.  Buy the sampler kit and then use the gift card to get storyboard paper!  (And then, go crazy buying more paper....)

Do you have ammo? Then you can fix it.

Luckily you do not work in a post office...

I DO work in an office, I am a pencil pusher, I am polishing chairs with my butt......

I have lots of ammo but the range is closed thanks to the weather (Snow, snow and even more snow) so my guns collect dust in the closet for another weekend.
Its hopeless...:pinched:

As long as you don´t work in a mail or delivery service, it´s fine.

March last year I could go out riding my bike with a T-shirt and flowers were growing everywhere. Now, it looks like I am stuck in the middle of a nuclear winter. Maybe I should check if its snow or ashes.

This will sound weird but considering where you´re; have you ever climbed a mountain in your place and get back with an edelweiss?

Well, I am not a climber, but I do love making long camping trips (3-4 days) in the mountains at high altitude - although I have never seen an Edelweiss.
As far as I know they suffer from the climate change and they are pretty rare now.

That´s a pitty because some day; I´d like to get to the Alps and be back with one of those prety flowers.

By now I took a bath in the Danube, so it may take a bit to get back there.

If you have the money, try to get an HK 416: frame and accuracy of an ArmaLite with the reliability of an AK.

I really hope your AR is not made by Bushmaster.

I still don't like the idea of using the tiny 5.56x45, I have heard of too many reports that it failed to stop the attacker with one or even two shots. Barrier penetration and short range (2-300m) is another limitation.

I still like the FN-FAL the best, it may be bulky, it may be heavy and maybe even brutish, but it gives you the firepower of a medium machinegun. It shoots through brick walls, 10'' trees, cars and stopping power is nothing to sneeze at, reach out and touch hard at over 600 meters!
And its just plain beautiful!

Woldan, that´s the same urban legend about 9mm Vs .45 ACP. You´re forgetting that marbellous thing called "cavitation".

Sure, the bullet will not take down an attacker like a 12 gauge, but his innards will look like pudding.
