OK so now I played for about one hour - and after a movie sequence my weapons won't work any more.

I loaded the last saved game: Weapons still not working.

I exited the game and restarted it, loaded the last autosave: Still my weapons won't work.

Is this a know bug?

Running under Windows 7 x64, patch 1.01 installed.
