Should be, you just need to have the collector's edition. It's downloadable content.

I think its a bit harder than that, but you can get it on the 360. Unfortunately you have to unlock it through the main site.

oh yeah, you don't get it from the collector's edition, you get it for the deluxe edition.

I didn't so much complain as I simply asked if there was anything the rep could do for me to give me access to the DLC.  I was really impressed that the guy actually went above and beyond for me and hooked me up.  I'll never say anything bad about EA ever again

I did.  I couldn't get the Dr. Pepper DLC so I called up in frustration.  They helped me get the Dr. Pepper stuff and also threw in all of the other DLC for my trouble.  It was pretty cool.  I got the Terminus pack, the Collector stuff the incisor and everything else except the Dragon age stuff.

Cool, I'll have to do this! Apparently squad mates do work with the Incisor.

I have it on the Xbox. I bought the PC version off DTD, entered the code for the rifle and it also appeared on my Xbox account.

I contacted them and asked about why I didn't get it with my collector's edition and they told me their new policy was that they would no longer distribute DLC codeds through their help lines.   So I'd guess that a hell of a lot of people did.
