Hi there,
I wanted to override my PC's appearance and found a great way to do it by setting the SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE_MORPH_NAME to a newly created morph in the character's savegame.
However, this is just an override and caused problems when it came to the circle of magi quests and I was changing into a burning skeleton with a perfect human head. So I'd like to know if it's possible to view the binary of the morph I made so that I can paste it into the SAVEGAME_PLAYER_MORPH part of the savegame so that it's an actual change to the characters appearance as opposed to just a mask.
I hope that makes sense.

You can open the binary morph file with the Toolset and it'll display the content as a list of fields and structures, similar to the savegame file and all other GFF file types. I have no idea if it's possible to copy/paste the content of such morph file into your savegame, though.

Ah bugger. Hopefully a way of doing it will turn up some way down the line

Right, found a way to do this. You add the Morph as a preset by exporting it as a MOP file, then create a character with that face. Then you can load the new character's save and find the binary for their appearance in there.
