Seeking Help

Purchased MS 1 through Steam. Just about everytime I go to lauch game it freezes on the screen with the station or Mothership with the Gyroscope. The Gyro rotates about 4 0or 5 times then freezes. Any suggestions or remedies for this problem. Let me know
