You are making me think of Yahtzee, he states the exact same thing.
The game didn't prove itself and they launced already some "exclusive" editions. Aah, like a GOTY. I like the Gears of War 2, entire gear + every map out there when it was succesful.
If you support ME, buy the DLC

Let me be as blunt as I can possibly be: if BioWare releases it I'll buy it. THE END.
Anyone who does not is a traitor to every quality appreciating gamer out there.
Actually I believe that idiotic generalisations such as this betray quality appreciating gamers. Like so many before have stated, I have bought ME1 (not the cheapie classics edition), purchased Bring Down The Sky (meh, take it or leave it really), skipped Pinnacle Station (because the reviews painted a picture I didn't like) and then bought ME2 Collector's Edition (because I wanted the goodies).
If a DLC warrants purchasing, then I will do so. I will not be told that I'm a traitor because I'm not part of some cerebrally challenged minority who feel the need to download (and pay for) every single piece of content available for a game regardless of the quality or value. I will not feel obliged to buy it to support a franchise. I will not continue to pour money into BioWare or EA's coffers just because a DLC item becomes available.
Same as a regular off the shelf game, I would not purchase something just because it's there. All you're doing is supporting sub standard content. Do this, and you'll be giving them free reign to charge what they want for what you want, not a fair price for what almost everyone wants.
