Briefing
Before purchasing the game, i installed the character creator and saved some chars and uploaded them to the social website, i also played dragon journeys and earned some in game items. All of this was done with a normal Vista account (not administrator) and with the same EA/Bioware account.
The problem
So i installed the game, logged with the EA/Bioware account i used before, and i started the process to redeem codes (those who came with the game itself).
They didn`t appear. I also tryed to use a saved character from the character generator and not luck at all.
The process for a solution
I went to the forums and read something about running the game as Vista administrator. Just with that, all DLC content , saved character from generators and item rewards from dragon journey appeared.
Strange thing: If i run the game for the first time after switching on the computer, not as vista administrator the DLC are off and my saved characters dont appear, but if i start the game as vista administrator, close the game and run the game again with a normal Vista account all DLC content and saved ganes are there.
The solution
So what i am doing is to start the game as vista administrator, close it, and start the game with normal account and all is ok. Anyway this situation is a bit confusing and i fear i could lose any data , saved games or something.
I think something is messed with vista privileges, folders etc..

I think i have only used one DVD to install the game, but there were 2 DVD in the box
