As the Firewalker DLC grows near I am becoming increasingly worried about not being able to download it.  Since my downloads on the first day from the Cerberus Network, I have yet to be able to download anything else.  Currently both the Cerberus armour/gun pack and the new Arc heavy weapon time out every time I try to download them with the "I'm not getting any data back" error 80072ee2.  

Yes, I've tried everything to fix this and have been having discussions with EA Support almost every day regarding this situation.  I've forwarded ports, replaced cables, reconfigured everything possible in both my EA and Bioware social accounts, and reset all possible settings on my router, modem, Xbox and game to no avail.

There are still a ton of people reporting this issue (and multiple others) with their Xbox 360's not being able to download the content and I'd hate not to be able to download the Firewalker DLC when it comes out.

So, I'd like to request some very urgent patching action from Bioware so that we can go on enjoying this otherwise superb game.
