For all those not planning on buying the DLC...

Then again, considering the content in the crash site dlc, maybe this is on par with their new plan.
in any case... why knock Rock Band? it's an entirely different type of game. Try inviting your friends over to play ME2. Not so fun...

We're not talking about just 2 hours of gameplay, we're talking about 2 hours of gameplay from BIOWARE!
If you don't think that's worth 30 bucks then you only shame the rest of us true Bioware fans with your presence hence the purpose of this thread.
Hate fanboys, hate with them with a passion, their logic is alwasy blinded by undying loyality, its consumers like you that allow companys to make shotty products (not saying bioware makes shotty products)... stupid fanboys.

This is a website for Bioware fans and if you can't even show respect and appreciation for the hard work and creativity that the geniuses at Bioware invest in their game by paying for it then you're not welcome here!
Mass Effect 2 provides far more entertainment than just about any other game even without DLC. Kasumi will be worth 30 dollars at least and the fact that EA/Bioware will probably charge less than that just shows how charitable they are to their fans.
Go back to playing your crappy music games like Rock Band and melodramatic, corny, crap JRPGs like FFXIII.
I'm a lakers fan and sometimes go to the games and have a jersey of odem but u don't see me buying every piece of gear that says lakers in existence just to prove how much I support them. I sure as Hell don't insult others for not doing so but this MENTALity that if I don't I'm not a true fan is psychologically disturbing and proves you have mental issues impairing your thoughts to a limited point of view. Either that or your just a nerd who gets to sound smart take a pick.

hahahahaha. You sir, you are a funny man. 30 dollars for one and a half hours of entertainment? I'd prefer to pay $40 for Awakening and get 20 hours, thank you.

For instance, the main game. It's wonderful. It has its flaws (no removable helmets on non-N7 armor), but for the most part its wonderful and was easily worth the sixty bucks I put in, much the same way DAO was worth the sixty five I paid. (CE and DDE baby.)
To contrast, the DLC we've received thus far and heard about (hammerhead excepted) is not worth my money. Look at the Normandy crash pack. Half an hour of walking around on a deserted ice planet finding dogtags that magically found their way into crates. It's billed as an emotional experience, but you aren't even allowed to bring other members of the squad, even ones that have a connection with the Normandy. There's no extra dialog with Joker or Chakwas, and you can't bring Tali and Garrus, even though they were both attached to the Normandy as much as Shep was and would surely have things to say.
That seems to be a trend with BW. For the most part they make excellent games that are rich and full of content, but when it comes to anything smaller than an expansion, they end up dropping the ball and put out DLC that isn't really up to par with the rest of the game in terms of quality. In fact, the only two BW DLC packs that I actually have praise for are Shale and BDTS. And Shale was most likely cut from the game and made into DLC in order to discourage piracy and second hand sales.

You have a point, the majority of most DLC that's even remotely worth getting nowadays usually contributes an extra hour of gameplay, not counting weapon upgrades.

To be honest, the OP comes off as a raving lunatic. You shouldn't praise that which should not be praised. Instead you should praise what which should.

I hated BDTS, love Shale though. But if you bought DA:O used, I wouldn't say Shale is worth $15. Death to all pigeons!

Bioware has provided not only one of the greatest games of all time, but they have even given us bonus content like the Cerberus armor and Firewalker pack absolutely free. How spoiled can you be thinking that after all those freebies, Bioware shouldn't charge for Kasumi either?
You people are nothing but a bunch of brats! You call yourselves Bioware fans?! I know where my loyalties lie, and you make me all sick!
