I haven't said it will be 30 dollars, I only said I would easily be willing to pay that if that is how much it costs.

Hell, I would pay 100 dollars if I had to and I make under 25 grand a year.

Lol no wonder you would pay any amount. You probly live with your parents in a basement looser don't have much of an outside life then critisize those that are not like you ROFL what a friendless looser. Lol don't put down those that disagree with you cuz you have no life. LOL get paid get laid child.

GET LOST!

This is a website for Bioware fans and if you can't even show respect and appreciation for the hard work and creativity that the geniuses at Bioware invest in their game by paying for it then you're not welcome here!

Mass Effect 2 provides far more entertainment than just about any other game even without DLC.  Kasumi will be worth 30 dollars at least and the fact that EA/Bioware will probably charge less than that just shows how charitable they are to their fans.

Go back to playing your crappy music games like Rock Band and melodramatic, corny, crap JRPGs like FFXIII.

I think you are getting a bit emotional there, I will say that I enjoyed Mass Effect 2, I bought the game because I enjoy Bioware games and I appreciate the free DLC from the cerberus network but I must say that unless the Kasumi DLC is pretty damn good (hardly worth $30 in my opinion, more like $5) I will not be buying it. You forget that Bioware is a company and their goal is to make money, they did not release Mass Effect as a favor to us.

From what I have heard about the Kasumi DLC it sounds pretty much the same as the Zaeed DLC and if that is the case I dont think it will be worth the money.

I support the OP. If you dont want, dont buy it.... that simple.

I like to support things I enjoy so that more things like it are made... therefore I will buy and support; happily.

For all those planning on buying the DLC:

Imagine if we had to buy Zaeed.

I think that sums up my feelings on the matter.

I would have done it with no questions asked. In fact I bought MS points thinking I would have to pay for him, but to my surprise... I didn't... now I can use those points for this DLC.

I don't really get the "DLC" thing. Success of that model will only encourage devs to make a game more and more piecemeal. At the end of the day, large publishers are run by hardcore businessmen and profit über alles will always win so devs will be pushed or contractually obligated to "value add" to a game.

DLC COULD be used to great effect and will occasionally. It WILL however be used to the detriment of the buyer sooner rather than later. And then it's going to be an uphill battle to get actual value out of DLC again.

Valve is doing DLC right... it's not a way to wring blood out of a stone but rather breath fresh life into a franchise so sales do not stagnate over time. A value add for the customer and the developer, instead of just a value add for the dev.

If new content will be added to a game, that's what expansion packs are for. They are tried and true, and don't feel like nickle and dimeing. I just think that DLC is too open for abuse.

Apparently you haven't 'checked' in a while. Kasumi is for-pay DLC, confirmed.

I see what you did there.

In my case you would be wrong and right. (have LIVE don't have a LIVE)

You forgot companies like Sony and Microsoft that make the $$ of the DLC also. Sadly we allowed it to come in and the industry knows far to well how to control us.

I'm a little confused. Can someone explain exactly what we're supposed to be getting with Kasumi? I don't even know who the heck she is or what significance she has.
