Are you purposely missing my point on what a phobia is? By the logic you and your friends are using you would have some sort of phobia related to cucumbers regardless to the extent of which you dislike them. I know and have been around gay people before, if I had a real phobia I would have paniced and been unable to think correctly. You and your supporters have watered down "homophobia" to the point where it is nothing more than a petty attack on those who disagrees with you. Out of all of the people you label as homophobes very few of them would have such a phobia.

Leave us alone? Take your own advice. Keep your damn personal business behind closed doors. Stop expecting everybody accept and support you. Stop expecting to be treated like a protected class of citizen.

Although I don't agree with ReconTeam on homosexuality it seems, it is really unfair to call him homophobic, not to mention making your cause appear less sympathetic to him. I don't think he's AFRAID of homosexuality. He dislikes it, but if all phobias required was dislike, everyone would have a multitude of phobias.

this is also true. I'd be phobic of someone touching me for instance *shudders* I loathe when people touch me without my permission. Especially people who I don't know. Its bad enough when my friends and family do it I die a little inside whenever a perfect stranger does.

I...feel...I guess one would say violated? I always end up showering for at least 3 hours in the boiling hot water afterwards scrubbing at my skin in an attempt to purify it.

I really hate when people touch me.

They won't do that voluntarily, since this obsession with acceptance and support is pathological. So I don't think it has anything to do with expectations, but rather a percieved necessity.
