Your CO won't be directly issuing the order, you would have to send a request up the CoC depending on who is issuing the order, and anything major, above your CoC.  Speculation, but you can't tell your CO to go F themself.  Although, if your CO was in the field with you, something is going down.

Well as a pacifist I wouldn't be in the military anyways...so...I really have nothing to say to that.



If I was one of the civilians about to be gunned down though I'd try to take as many as those bastard soldiers out as I could.

Yes he has said some things on here that can be seen as a little extreme and offensive. We discussed it and our group is working towards a friendlier attitude (yours should too!!). This was also discussed personally with your group leader.
Anyway he was promoted because he does a whole lot to improve the group in many ways. I wouldnt have said some of the things he said but we have ageed to refrain from that kind of thing from now on. We are even kicking people out of the group who act immaturely. If you find someone from our group acting immaturely, bashing, etc. let me know and I will deal with them. There is no need for our groups to be so hostile with each other.

Context factors heavily too. But I don't care if the order came from the Commander in Chief his/herself, I would never kill 200 unarmed civilians, no matter what the justification.

Even a soldier needs to know the difference between battle and butchery.

But nobody is ordering you to do it in ME, you react to situations presented that involve violence and you sometimes choose violence.  Even within the game it is rare for there to be a direct order to kill a NPC.

In a sense you are acting out the nature you have when nobody's watching.

Maybe you wear a pink TuTu too while playing.

You wish, I usually wear jeans and a tshirt.  I usually don't play naked.  I also prefer my old BDUs.  Also, I prefer to play my way infront of people.

Listen, I know you may feel passionately about not wanting homosexuality in ME (or anything for that matter), but you are only hurting your groups views here. By being militant, offensive, and down right silly, you are discrediting the group for a lot of people. I don't like homosexuality either but you need to take down like 20 notches man. You are just spouting hate without the desire to have an actual discussion.

There should be no conflict. The militaries of almost every industrialized nation includes law to disobey unlawful orders, including targeting civilians. If you obey the order you are likely to be imprisoned.
