Well with the Justice reveal, it pretty much confirms the companion line up in Awakening
Warriors
Oghren
Justice
Mhairi
Rogues
Sigrun
Nathaniel Howe
Mages
Velanna
Anders
So what's your party going to be?
My first run through I'm using:
Me (Human Noble Warrior S&H Tank)
Justice
Sigrun
Anders
My second character a mage, almost the same party, except sub Justice for Mhairi and perhaps Sigrun for Howe (My Human Noble will never use him, but others...). But I feel sorry for my old buddy Oghren what with all these interesting new characters, I really can't see myself using him much for awhile.

For me it depends on the characters. From the previews I'm leaning toward...
Myself (HN Warrior sword/shield tank)
Mhairi
Anders
Sigrun or Howe

Me (Human noble Templar/Champion/Guardian)
Justice (Spirit Warrior/Guardian/Berserker)
Vellana (Keeper/Shape Shifter/Sprit Healer)
Sigrun (Scout,Assassin,Duelist)
There is my party. I really hope Vellana isn't evil or I will have to sube her for Anders

I was going to use my AW warrior for my first run through but with the new characters I'm gong to use there won't be space for a rogue. So my first party will be:
Myself (elven mage)
Justice as the tank
Mhairi as a 2 hander (my own Ser Cauthrien)
Sigrun or Howe. I'm tempted by Howe just to see what he has to say.

Dwarf Noble Female (Assassin/Bard/?)
Mhairi (or possibly Justice) to tank (? on specs)
Sigrun (Legionnare scout/shadow/duelist)
Anders probably, but Velanna for the fact that she's Grey DeLisle (Spirit healer/Battle Mage/Keeper or Arcane Warrior)

So far, it's looking like for my first playthrough my party will be something like...
Me (My male human noble, who is a Two-handed Warrior, and will be staying as such)
Anders
Mhairi
Howe
Of course, I may not even play that particular character first. I most likely will, since his personality is freshest in my mind, but I don't normally play males first time through a game. But for that particular character? Yes, I do believe he's bringing that party with him. Although, I may have him bring Velanna instead of Anders - despite his whole "racial equality" ideals, he has a habit of only bringing along human companions... And if I can't stand Howe (planning on bringing him along to see what sorts of conversations come up), I'll bring Sigrun with me.
I'm thinking that when I play through the game with one of my two rogues, I'll try out Justice and the mage that I don't end up using on my warrior. My mage? Who knows, I haven't beat Origins on her yet so unless I decide to make a mage Orlesian then it may be a little while before I get to playing her.

Hard to say... I have the first three party members down, but for the fourth, I'll probably sub in different characters and see who fits in best, either game balance-wise or story-wise.
1) Me (Rogue)
2) Justice
3) Anders
4) ????
From a purely game mechanics point of view, my fourth party member would likely be Mhairi or Oghren, given that I usually had two warriors in my Origins playthroughs.
I probably won't use Sigrun unless her character is amazing, because I don't need two rogues in my party. If the final character to be revealed is really a Howe, then I might try him out just to see what's his story. As for Velanna, well, I just found Anders more entertaining, judging from the trailers.

I am not sure yet.
My HN warrior tank: Oghren, Howe / Sigrun (probably Howe), Velanna or Ander, depends on who is less annoying.
My HN rogue: Justice, Anders / Velanna, Sigrun / Howe (probably Howe)
My DH off-tank: Mhairi, Sigrun, Anders
My Mage: Justice, sigrun, oghren
My Orlesian dual wielder: Mhairi, Velanna, Sigrun.

-- Me (Dalish Rogue/Archer)
-- Anders. Maybe me and Velanna can be Dalish BFFs, but so far I like Anders' personality better.
-- Oghren
-- Justice, I guess. Someone to tank.

Hmm... hard to say for sure, but based on all I know now, what I envision is...
Myself (Human noble, rogue, dual-wielder)
Velanna
Justice
Last spot is up for grabs - it'll probably be a bit of a revolving door, with me switching people out depending on who I need for any given situation.

Something along the lines of:
Me(Human Arcane Warrior)
Ogrhen/Justice(Damage Dealing Warrior-having a hard time figuring out which one to bring)
Mihairi(Tank)
Sigrun/Nate(Rouge-depends on spec and which I like more)
I might swap out my Rouge or Damage Dealer for one of the mages if I feel like I need more healing/Crowd Control.
EDIT: Hmm, seems justice is specced for more of a tank role. Guess that means Oghren for sure.

Hard to say, because I haven't played to get their personalities and skill sets, but so far, based on what I've seen, the most likely combos are:
HNF Rogue Dual wield:
Oghren, Anders, and Sigrun or Howe (Might be Sigrun if Howe proves to be breakdancing on thin ice)
Human mage: Justice, Oghren, and Sigrun (might switch Anders around with Oghren if new spell combos come with Awakenings)
Dwarf Noble SS tank: Oghren, Sigrun, and Anders.
From what little I've seen of Velanna, my guess is she's gonna be doing alot of camp sitting.

I'm having the worst time choosing a party for my human noble rogue archer, who's the first character I'll take through the expansion. I want to take everyone at once! Maybe I should change my policy of choosing a team and sticking with it just this once and just rotate party members for each area.
On the other hand, once that's out of the way I expect it to be a lot easier to pick my next two parties:
Orlesian Warden 2-handed Warrior: Mhairi, Howe, Anders/Velanna. Because I am evil and like the idea of tormenting Howe by forcing him work with an Orlesian, assuming this is possible. I'll take whichever mage doesn't want to set my character on fire, I guess.
Mage: Oghren respecced for tanking, Sigrun, and probably Velanna. Apparently Anders has a problem with blood magic, which would make things a bit awkward around the camp fire ... (On the other hand, if you get extra interaction options with him by being a blood mage, that would be tempting to try out.)
