the problem I'm having is the latest free DLC for the Xbox 360 version of the game is MIA... all the other DLC works just fine... but I for the life of me cannot get the Arc Projector heavy weapon in my inventory... I've downloaded it multiple times incase there was an error, but I load my most recent file (after the download is complete of course) and go to the armory to equip (in the normandy) and NOTHING... WHAT!? any clues much appreciated...

Hey,
Have you restarted the game after downloading the DLC? This is required in order for the game to detect and load the new DLC.

Rather then restart a new game ones you DL it close out and go to xbox live.
restart ME2 then go to your last save and see if that works first
I notice that just because you DL the DLC it will now so up unless you exit the game in full

Hey,
Just to be clear, I didn't say the OP had to start a new game. I said that the OP needs to restart the game (either by restarting their whole Xbox 360 console or by just exiting to the Xbox Dashboard and restarting the game).
The game only detects and loads DLC on start-up.

I checked my "(my) registered game promotions" here listed under "profile" yesterday the arc gun wasn't listed, BUT as of right now it is listed, so hopefully when I arrive home it will finally be on my 360...

I have been having the same problem. Have restarted many times the arc projector is in my "registered game promotions" but I cannot even get back into the downloadable content section to re-download it now. I made a ticket to address the issue I will see what they say to that.

sorry been off the grid, but that night my "Arc" was in game... if yours is still MIA, I don't know what I did to make mine appear, other than wait 24 hrs and poof it was there <_<
