i've bought digital deluxe version through Steam. i have no clue how to unlock add-on content, anyone?

look to your left (when logged in). There you see profile. When you hover on that you see redeem promo code. There you can enter the promo codes of the extra's that came with your version.

the problem is when in game, i talk to a quest giver, Dryden in camp, but no option offered except



(Download New Content) Give me a moment, and I'll help.

when click, a message tell that i am not currently connected to the internet, which is untrue.



and Steam claim all DLC with this version of game has been automatically downloaded -- just u play to get them?! hmmm, what could go wrong then, i wonder...

my old Bioware account had been locked out and i wasn't aware of it when i registered this game.
damn, these Biowarian have long memory for rancor. so i can't use my in-game email address to post here. i wonder if that also add to the problem...

Dragon Age digital deluxe through Steam

partial walkthrough:

• redeem ur code by selecting "Downloadable Content" in game menu
• check ur online profile for registered game promotion
• talk to in-game NPC and select option 2 to launch loggin window which is supposed to be Bioware but EA greet u instead
• use the same email for both account (that's what i do)
• fiddle with step 2 to 3 until u can uncheck "always loggin" then logout, restart game, login again
• refer to the last tab (Downloadable Content) of ur in-game journal. if successful, there will be downloading progress of those add-on content
