Hey I was wanting to see about making myself a small mod so that I don't have to turn on Berserk every flipping fight and have it just stay toggled on, but I can't figure out how to view/edit the ability info?  I see other people talking about a Tools>Source menu to view the abilities but I don't have a "source" under tools so I'm lost.  Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

I think they mean the tools/source directory, not the tools -> source menu (there isn't one of those). You can find the source files for the 2DAs in there, which includes the ones for abilities.
