Working for me, too. Although the problem is back of the game slowing to a crawl after about an hour. (I'm certain that problem returned before the game was able to connect, though, so probably unrelated.)

so if it tries to login but can't that's a problem, but if it never logs in that's fine - yeah?Franpa wrote...
Yes, it only de-authorizes content if it fails to login, not if you logout.
edit: it's working for me again.
Also, why is there a difference between using load and resume? It was mentioned that in order not to get the "You are using DLC..." message if you are not logged in you should use load not resume - surely resume just utilises your last load position, so why should that make a difference?

I have never noticed anything like that. If it doesn't wokr for me, it doesn't; reagardless of resuming or loading.

The "resume" idea appears to be a placebo, people are thinking it makes a difference when it doesn't.

Well that's what I mean - all the resume presumably does is start your most recently saved game. I only mention it because a post on another thread mentioned that you should use load and not resume, which I thought was a bit strange at the time...Franpa wrote...

Yeah.....if it doesnt log on then all is fine.
Perhaps resume trys to load your save file and connect to the server whereas load just loads a previous save game.
But whatever.....the simple way to stop all of these problems is to simply have your game setup to not automatically connect to the servers.
Done ...fixed..all over red rover
