I have had this problem since day one when I bought my copy back in November 2007 and am still having the problem right now (recently created a adapt but chose to delete it but save is still registering). The strange part is I started a new vangaurd character and was able to delete her sucsessfully a couple months ago.

Anyhoo the primary issue is I start a character and I feel like I didn't want the character so I delete the character. I decide to delete the character through the load screen. up pops a message "if you delete this character, this character and all saves related to it will be deleted. Are you sure you want to continue A Yes B No" I choose yes, it saves then it says it's deleted but when I check the save game/career data list or whatever, it's still listed. I check on the career list and the save is still there. I deleted the save game file then the career and the career is still listed even if I choose to delete it by the game file and not the career.

I still have a file listed on the list back to 2007 that still exsists which I deleted while on my hard drive it's non exsistant.
