This.  Except that one Volus who was too busy making money, but that's probably because he was saving up for a date with Shepard.

Everyone in the galaxy wants Shepard.  Even that Asari who plays hard-to-get if you're a Renegade.  I think its time BioWare fulfilled that promise.

And anytime you do someone, their casual conversation should change to:
"So, did you do anything fun last night?"
"The Hero of the Citadel."

Until the entire freaking galaxy is saying that phrase OVER AND OVER.
