Good day,
I have problem with my Shale code in Dragon Age. I redeemed code in my acc and did everything (there isnt problem I believe). Problem is, that when I start the and want to download content, message pop up and tell me, that I am not connected to the internet... Well... I guess I am :). Should firewall cause this problem? Thank you for answer.

I simply cannot connect ingame - says I have no internet connection. Might be a general problem, as with same settings everything worked for weeks before today.

Are you constantly logged out too?

I'm getting the exact same problem. I was playing just fine, but an hour or two ago it suddenly said that it was no longer connected to the network. I shrugged it off, figuring it was something that would fix itself, and kept playing. I just went back to the main screen to load up a different one of my characters and it says I'm logged out and not connected to the internet. Nothing changed on my end, and it's happening to other people too, so it must be a server problem.

Yeah same stuff here, can't log online with my profile, checked firewalls everything but i think it's some server maintenance or something like that, if other people also have this problem.

Then you will need to set up port forwarding just go here

portforward.com

ports to be forwarded and protocols
80  TCP/UDP
8000  TCP
8001  UDP
443  TCP
18081  TCP

Thank you, but how exactly would I do that? I am really no technician. I know how to shut down firewall or cofigurate anti-virus system and so on, but this is quite much for me.

Don`t know if it has any bearing or not but try pressing the windows + R keys type services.msc in the box click ok then scroll down to dragon age set it to run auto ro auto with delay click ok .I know this is the updater service like i said maybe has bearing maybe not . As far as servers they have been buggy for a WHILE
