What is considered a spam thread!

A title that poses a question without using the question mark punctuation.

Or, a thread that is grossly off-topic, or descends into off-topic after a period of time. This varies from forum to forum, and from board to board. Naturally, spam topics on this board might be considered run of the mill on the off-topic forums.
