Can you use the toolset to make new models for weapons and armour? Or does anyone know a program that does? I want to make some personalised robes and a moon blade, a mages weapon that depends upon magic. It would be a melee alternative for mages.

The toolset can't create new models. You have to use blender or 3dsmax to do that.
