Hmmm a bug I would guess. I only got one trophy 'War Veteran' or something along those lines.

I got this trophy as well when I killed the archdemon a second time. Was trying on casual for a kick and when I finished and got the final CS, all characters alive and bouncing, this trophy showed up.

I had the same thing happen to me. When I beat the game in the middle of Febuary, My PC was in a relationship with morrigan and I used the ritual to save my life and Allistars ( he's king now).

Anyway when I had that save file after you beat the game, I ran back when I was bored ( on a different save file) and went to kill the AD agian, It autosaved on the 2nd lvl of the fort, so it auto saved over my post coronation file.

Just last night after I DL'ed RTO, I went back killed the AD did the whole hero thing and then did RTO, after the coronation when your on the road or w/e before you hit camp I got the trophy Ultimate Sacrfice.

I'm only bummed about it because I don't want my system to see that trophy and think I killed my warden ( even though I know it reloads my warden anyway) I want it to see I used the ritual with morrigan, and play off of that story in DA:A

Bump!

Just loaded up my file with my PC at camp after beating the game and RTO, I loaded into camp and like 20 seconds after that I was awarded the Perfectionist Trophy.

lol

EDIT: also I can only go to the DLC areas on my map ( ostagar, Cadish Thaig, shales village, wardens keep) All the other areas are greyed out.

Didnt know if that too, was a bug or not.
