Hell yes more, more, more GORE.
...Sir, I don't understand who needs a knife in a nuke fight anyway ... All you gotta do is push a button, sir !
The enemy cannot push a button if you disable his hand.

I have always found it funny. It's not real, it's on video. Whenever I first started using Reave power and watching the enemy go through the whole routine, it made me laugh. I think it's funny whenever I overload a Vortcha pyro and it explodes. I understand your feelings though. Perhaps if they had violence settings in game then it could be done and still satisfy most people. If they didn't put in violence/gore setttings, then no probably not a good idea. The Governator wrote...
That's what I mean too. I seriously wonder at people who want to see gore. Gore is almost synonymous with disgusting.
Yeah, that would be fine.
Yeah, settings:
Excessive! - Every shot causes anime-style blood spurts(gallon and gallons under high pressure)
Realistic - What you would expect to see from each wound caused.
Normal - ME1/2 equivalent
HappyFunTime! - Instead of blood, confetti comes flying out! Time for a party! 8D

*EDIT: Clarification: Shooting grunts in the head with a proper skull turned on causes them to pop up in a blaze of confettie

when shot, i would think it would 'burn' so there isnt much blood splattering about. (this is how i justify it in my head LOL.. weirdo)
also... i don't want the original to be adjusted from my crazy Australian Censoring.

While I enjoy the splatter as much as anyone, I didn't really miss painting the walls in red when playing Mass Effect 2. It is a good game even without selling itself to audience using violence.

Agreed. Lets keep that world and that kind of stuff with them. Moving on and Assuming control and yes this hurts you all!

Aah, good old memories. Painkiller doesn't look as good as it used to.
Though in defense of Fallout 3, I admit that I lol'd when hitting a bandit with a baseball pat caused his arms and legs explode from his body.

It's funny, isn't it? in Painkiller hitting enemy in torso with this tree-shooting-crossbow-something caused all his limbs and head to fly in 5 directions leaving the torso (split in two) to fall to the ground. Same thing in Fallout 3 and noone likes it really much. As it turns out, not every game needs enemies bowels splashing against the camera to make the gore level adequate.
Besides, tell me that screaming enemy turning into burning corpse that turns into dust after few seconds is not strong stuff?
