Hey,
Im having issues figuring out how to solve the puzzle in "Caged in stone" side quest.  Maybe the problem is I didnt try until after I chose a king?  Im pretty sure I get the characters on the right spots.  I just dont hear any click's to confirm.  and the throne doesnt become active.  Oh well.  Any help would be appreciated.

Wow i just posted a topic about this today and i even did a search for it and nothing came up. I'm stuck there too i can't figure out why it wont trigger so i'm doing another walkthrough with a rogue and gonna try to activate it before i choose a side.

This one was interesting. It results in summoning/releasing a dragon in the throne room. It drops a nice 2handed sword as a reward.

I didn't realize that the plates were for the caged quest. I was actually looking for a way to open this one door that you cannot click on, but the map makes it look like there is a room beyond it. I got a good laugh though when instead a dragon appear and volunteer to unwillingly give me a nice new sword and some XP.

Basically there are 3 pressure plates you have to find. When you walk over 1 it makes a loud noise. Sounds sort of like something grinding open, then suddenly dropping shut.
The thing is you have have a person each of the plates, and then click on the throne.
At which point all members appear in the throne room, the doors shut and the dragon appears.

2 Plates are in the throne room, and one is in the main entry way.

Was working on this as well, however I had already finished picking the king. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in a codex entry in the quest section that while a King sits on the throne the dragon enters a stasis state. So I think you have to finish this before all those people are in the throne room with the king. Which is kinda lame, I was trying to kill the dragon to get a dragon scale for the armor quest. Haven't been able to kill the dragon involved with the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest yet.

The Urn quest dragon was a bad ass fight i loved it i just wanna fight as many dragon's as i can, i think there is only 2 (Ozamar and Urn) and the last boss.
