Where is the weapons cache in Warden's Peak?

It's behinf a painting, but from what I've read you first need to find 5 clues and then it will "unlock". I have no idea what the clues are

You have to leave the keep. (I forget his name) says he will rebuild the keep and setup merchants. Leave for a bit and come back. You won't be able to go back in the keep, but there will be 2 merchants and your cache outside.

The cache I spoke of is the party storage cache.

If you want the HIDDEN CACHE and have not found it yet DO NOT LEAVE THE KEEP
Instead find all the Hints and then look around, use the TAB key to highlight useable items
