Someone posted a question similar to this topic a while ago. I believe it was said that ME2 on PC does not support controllers, only KB&M.

Is it possible? Sure.

If the 360 version can support controllers, I'm sure there is a way to get the PC version to do so.

Is it easy? Probably not.

It would likely require either some extensive .ini hacking or an external program to work.

No It does not All you need to Do is go download XPadder it supports all sorts of gamepads including xbox 360 and PS3 then you just map the keys to emulated a mouse and keyboard it really i easy as pie and works GREAT I use it for all my racing, sport and 3RD person games on PC
