Someone posted a question similar to this topic a while ago. I believe it was said that ME2 on PC does not support controllers, only KB&M.

Is it possible? Sure.
If the 360 version can support controllers, I'm sure there is a way to get the PC version to do so.
Is it easy? Probably not.
It would likely require either some extensive .ini hacking or an external program to work.
