I Can't upload my characters and screenshots but have Achievements in my Player Profile and "0 characters"

I have 2 characters in game (PC, 8 and 3 lvl)

What can i do? Hlp me plz

Have exactly the same problem. My achievements and screenshots upload like normal, but my character lv and stats don't.

Yes i have, just tried it again. Will see in a couple of hours if that did it.

I have been manually saving more now, still nothing. same problem as the op

manually, quick, auto saving - I did everything and many times, but do not see my characters and screenshots on the site.

The same problem here, although everything worked for me 3 days ago or so. Achievements are uploaded as usual but the character profile doesn't reflect any changes.

Same problem here. Stats/skills/lvl and screenshots are not uploaded but achievements are uploaded just fine.

I hope it is on BioWares to-do list first thing monday morning

The same problem. Only screenshots and achievements uploaded.

yup, just got DA yesterday. It shows my screens and achievements, but shows 0 characters, and I made two chars and did manual saves. I dunno, maybe it needs more than 1 day?

Fixed here. All achievements and stats seem to work properly now. I just had to wait a day to see new characters appear online....

I do not see any characters and screensots... no one... although the game a few days

Every time I start the game since the 4th I get an error saying:

Unable to access your online profile storage. The game has encountered an error.

Just what is going on here?

Try to start the game as administrator ("run as administrator" in right-click menu), this can be set permanently for the game shortcut by going into advanced settings in the shortcut's properties. This solved the problem for me.
