So I walked into Dane's Refuge in Lothering with a party of 5 (me, Alistair, Morrigan and Dog) and found a priestess that wanted to join the party. I accepted and got to a party form screen. Since the party was full and I needed a healer I discarded the dog. Unfortunately the priestess vanished too and now we're only four in the party (Dog's gone too).

What do I do to re-enable Dog or the priestess?

there is a button that has a party feture it looks like 3 people standing together. You have to be in a safe place to call them
