 I purchased Mass Effect through the EA Store and downloaded it via the EA Download Manager. The game installed and I have been able to play it just fine, until I downloaded and installed Bring Down the Sky. I registered the Digital Rights key that I received with my eMail receipt and then received a BDtS key that I copied and pasted into the form when installing BDtS. Everything seemed to install fine, but when I tried to restart Mass Effect afterwards, a message box was displayed that said, "Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application". Well, since I downloaded it I obviously don't have a CD-ROM to insert, and basically it won't launch the game anymore. Anybody know how I can get around this? I'm running Windows 7 (x64) with all the latest drivers.

Did you update Mass Effect to version 1.02 before installing BdtS?

I think I may have upgraded to 1.02 AFTER installing BDtS. I originally installed BDtS along with the 1.01 update I found on another site (it was a package), then I found 1.02 and upgraded to it. Then, when I couldn't see the Asgard system show up on my map anywhere, I discovered the (official?) BDtS link that asked me to register the CD key, then it gave me the BDtS key, etc.

So you're saying I need to install 1.02 BEFORE installing BDtS?

Edit: I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it with the 1.02 patch before installing BDtS and that did the trick. Thank you very much!
