Is Dragon Age : Origins PC version got Blood Dragon Armor ?

Hi guys.I got a question.If i buy Dragon Age : Origins PC version is it got Blood Dragon Armor Code ? And if it's got can i still download it from my Xbox 360 ? I mean you reedeming it from Bioware's page.When you reedem can u use it from Xbox 360.I'm asking cause i reedem Dr.Pepper codes and its avaliable for both PC and Xbox 360.Anyway thx for answers !
