Why does he get cured, and people can't?

Well, we don't know
if it's actually cured or simply "delayed the effects to the
point that the dog will die in battle or of old age before it gets
them".

Which, come to think of it, isn't too different from what
the Joining does, actually...

Well, did you notice that giant hole in the first-floor of the beacon tower? Thats where they came from.

Also, did anybody else notice that you when you throw the bodies into the chantry well, Leliana and Wynne are standing right there but they dont care?

yeah. the first floor, how did it get through the small doors to get to the top?

Maybe he climbed up the side of the tower like King Kong, then jumped in through the beacon hole.. or smashed through a window or something.

If you try to go back down the stairs before you light the beacon you'll notice that there's no door for the darkspawn that ambush you later to enter through, and there are no large enough holes in the windows, ceiling or walls that would be big enough for the ogre either...also, I'm quite confident that the ogre wouldn't be able to fit in the stairwell even if he came in that way...maybe he climbed the outside, smashed his way in, then used his sharpened masonry expertise to put up a new wall before we arrived? Figures.
During the blight the double is probably on my vacation, sunbathing on antivan beaches.

The Blight can alter Magnetic North. The Denerim Map shows that the normal entrance is the northerly one, but when you enter during the final assault, you enter thru the Alienage Gate, and it's now in the North of the map.....

Also, Riordan says that the Grey Warden Storage is in the NORTHERN alley, behind the Gnawed Noble Tavern, which is in the south......

That with all romanceable companions, no matter who it is seem to have the sex scenes in Morrigan's tent.

If Alistair wants to make the final blow and you try to convince him other wise, even though I made Anora queen he'll say I have one up on you Iam king.

I never romanced Leliana with my hnf or said anything that would trigger romance, she was listed as 100 friendly and after my hnf got engaged to Alistair she seems sad when I speak to her at Redcliffe castle before the final battle like I broke up with her something about I know you did it out of duty.

If Alistair lives and Anora is queen and when she asks what boon you'd like you say that the grey wardens aren't forgotten, she talks like Alistair is dead.

Those so many duplicates in cut scenes, such as in the dwarven assembly, or other groups of nobles. I counted 5 of the same dwarf in the cut scene, plus there is like other multiples of 2 and 3 of the same NPC nobles. Talk about slack. Maybe there is something wrong with Ferelden water it causes multiple births or theres a relic that clones everyone.

Nigella in the Arls estate calls my she-elf warrior sir, as do the beggar elves in the alienage.

The dirty back alleys number 3 to start, but suddenly they lose one... Only to have it show when the crows appear to convince Zevran to come back. (oh and all my characters decide to trade helmets, visually and in point of fact)

The "ser" in Thedas applies to both male and female.
For example ser Cauthrien, knight of brain-dead, moronic, blind loyalty and insult to inteligence.

Edit: This was a stupid post.  So I'll put in a slightly better one.

Ser IS though, in all but once instance I can think about, interchangable with male and female.

Second edit: MY original post here was stupid, I mean.  But there is one place I heard on a femwarden, "ma'am" where the male equivalent was "ser" but it would been strange had the femwarden been called "ser" there.  Or at least bitterly complained about.

I was watching a Dragon Age Awakening interview.

And it showed a little clip of Alistiar arriving in Amaranthine in his King armor, showing the Warden and the others kneeling before him. One thing I noticed is he has Duncan's shield equiped.

I mean I know Duncan was important to him - but shouldnt a King have his own...Kingly shield?

One of my new favorite lines in the game.

Wynne, post-coronation, asks you how it feels being the "Hero of Ferelden".  You can tell her "They could have picked a better name."

She says something to the extent of  "I understand it was Alistair's idea.  That explains much."  I love the boy, but I admit, I burst out laughing and had to agree with her!

I think his devotion to Duncan is touching. A couple times I have forced him to switch out to Fade Wall or whatever, but I feel worse about it than when I make Sten use Ageless instead of Asala. :(

My HNF just gave up her Cousland shield to wield Maric's blade/Cailan's shield so Alistair could keep Duncan's shield. :-P Yeah, we had a huge game of dress-up/musical shields today.

I am disappointed that Alistair wears his templar shield at his coronation, it would make so much more sense if it was Duncan's. I feel bad enough that he's DW in my game so I have to unequp it as soon as I give it to him.

I want to know why there are so many intact zombies in Redcliffe. I thought they cremated everyone in Ferelden?

Only Duncan's shield? He hasn't tried to grow Duncan's beard yet as well? Or get a spiffy earring?

The boy is slipping.....

That's a templar shield at the coronation? I noticed it, but assumed the sun was a symbol of Maric's.

Feralden has had a king and queen for a number of years and yet there is only one throne

They let people in the Landsmeet who are armed to the teeth.

The royal guards have a different uniform almost every scene. (Ostagar, Landsmeet, Coronation)

How in 6 months with the wardens did Alistair never find out the most important reason for a grey wardens existance ie killing an archdemon.

How from traveling from Denerim to Redcliffe no one seems to notice a horde of darkspawn and a flying dragon on their way to Denerim

How you manage to camp in the same exact spot no matter where you are

You actually see the archdemon with your own eyes in the Deep Roads yet you never get the opportunity to talk about it with anyone.

Another thing I find quite odd. Loghain is well known for wearing his River Dane armour (which he got from some chevalier commander he killed during the war and has some sort of emotional attachment to) . He wears it for pretty much the whole game. Except at Ostagar where he's wearing some sort of fancy veridium stuff. Um, why?

(Talking of swords I always give him Maric's sword. It seems appropriate).

And why do people equip armour over their bare skin? Surely it would rub them raw.Not to mention slipping into a nice set of plate on a cold day - brrr!
