Oh, and her bonus power is a flash bang grenade. My guess is that, when thrown, it'll blind or stun the enemy so you get a free hit... lame...

She also has cloaking as a power, when activated she runs to her nearest foe and melee's him from behind, which is particularly stupid if the other foe right next to the foe she's attacking has a shotgun...

bottomline: paying $7 for a useless character, about an hour, maybe an hour and a half tops, of gameplay and a small weapon. Just doesn't feel worth it.

Paying for the firewalker pack (which is free for cerberus network owners) sounds more logical...

The price has been confirmed. It's 560 MS points which is about 7 bucks.

Care to give a link to where BioWere does confirm that price? All my google-fu turns up are rumors that eventually link back to some polish game-news-website.

Mind you, 7 dollars/5 euro's does sound about right..

I don't mind paying that. Bioware have already given us a lot of freebies through the Cerberus Network.



All those complaining had better be happy waiting 2 years+ for ME3 as the only way we're going to get more ME in the meantime is though DLC, and the only way Bioware are going to keep us supplied with DLC is if they can make money doing it.



Don't get me wrong, I wont support crappy DLC, but with how Bioware have treated us so far, they deserve a free pass on the first paid DLC. If the Kasumi DLC is crap, I might forgo future DLC, but I have faith.

After Bring Down the Sky, Pinnacle Station, Warden's Keep and Return to Ostagar, I won't be purchasing any more DLC from Bioware. They've all been hollow add-ons that offer little. Two cups of coffee and a friand is more appealing (to me persoanally) than a 40 minute Zaeed-esque character that offers nothing but one liners and has no plot influence what-so-ever.

Pass. If it were a full expansion pack I'd proabably reconsider.

And I doubt she'll ever remove her hood. Art assets are a fixed resource, remember? Can't remove helmets. Can't remove hood.

The sad things (to me) about DLC characters in a fully voiced game seem to be this:



1.) The added characters can't have a significant impact on story due to their dialogue and having to call all the voice actors back in to run dialogue with that new character.



2.) All the main plot sequences in the game are already laid down without the DLC, so other than a snippit of dialogue, any new characters won't have interactions with any of the existing characters because they can't be called back in for a reading without Bioware shelling out money in the recording studios. (An example of characters interactions would be the Jack/Miranda arguement.)



3.) If the character does have a significant impact on the story and dialogue, it means it was all pre-recorded and the DLC was just pre-planned to make money. DLC and new content is fine, but if it's all pre-arranged then they should just sell the game for five dollars more on release day.







Regardless...I'll likely end up drinking too much scotch one night and paying for this goofy junk!

People are cheap these days. Some months ago i had a ArmA2 (Game) clan and i decided to buy a server. I just asked everyone to donate ONLY 1 Euro, but they had ''Money problems''. So i left lol.



Hell, i would even pay 20 Euros for this DLC!
