I can't connect, but that's because ever since I had EA manually link my Gamertag to my EA account to get something in Battlefield Bad Company 2 (special promotion) I've lost access to the CN, as well as BFBC2's version. If you recently had your Gamertag linked by EA then that would be the cause of your problem but if you haven't then sorry I can't help otherwise.
