"The Incisor Rifle will be available soon" (XBOX)

I'd like to nab the IR myself but my game isn't broken without it.
If we're going to get new DLC, I'd like to see the level cap removed and get some more missions since I seem to burn through credits like nobody's business.

Maybe Bioware is too depressed due the incoming Halo Reach beta. Or maybe they're waiting for it and have forgotten us.Blk_Mage_Ctype wrote...
Besides just the Incisor Sniper Rifle, I'm pretty annoyed that it's the end of the month, yet there hasn't been ANY new DLC Armor or Weapons released.
I just noticed that this is my first real visit for weeks... And useless one at that. No news, no anything..

Still... would be nice to have something released anytime soon.

What? No. Collector Armor, unlike preorder bonuses, should stay exclusive to the CEs.
Personally don't care, it looks butt ugly and would end up, like every other armor set they've added so far, collecting dust in my Shepard's "closet". The fact that those armors are just one bulky piece which you cannot modify in any way, cannot remove helmet if you want to and so on make them all pretty worthless. Other armors at least look like armors, Collectors one looks like a big roach swallowed Shepard. Personally wouldn't use it even to just try on so sure, let it be with CE only, not a big loss

I mean, I don't mind waiting for proper DLC, but this exclusive pre-order micro dlc crap is starting to get on my nerves.
I can still play and enjoy the game without it, but it would be nice to finally equip my squad with the Incisor. I hear they are quite beasty with it.

I really love the look of it on Male Shep, he looks quite beastly, and it's a wonderful armor for Vanguards with the +20% Health and +10% Health regen

And I heard it was about acuracy, not dammage reduction. NPCs had near perfect acuracy with this weapon, making snipers like Garus, Thane and Legion bunch of really overpowered bastards.jgomezish wrote...
from what I understand the Incisor is a complete beast in squadmates hands because there's no damage reduction because of a bug with the gun ... if it's coming out as a DLC on cerberus network will they fix that bug?

That, and they don't run out of ammo after about three kills.

I hope they make all these available. I'll probably never use some of them, but I'd just like to have the option.
The Singularity Projector (for me anyway) is a HUGE risk/reward. If you miss, you just wasted a good 10 sec. charging it up and will waste another 10 charging up a second shot. But, if you hit, it's marvelous.
I also want my sentry interface that Dr. Pepper screwed me out of.

Highly unlikely. You get the Blood Dragon Armor code free with every new copy of Dragon Age: Origins as an incentive to buy the game brand new, so it's doubtful they'd release it for free in the Cerberus Network.

I don't see why they'd expect me to pay $50 for a game I'd never play.
I'm more than willing to pay $2-$5 for the armor on XBL... Put ti up there.

Well I really doubt they expect anyone to buy a $50 game just for an extra armor in ME2, its really just an incentive to try and get people interested in buying Dragon Age on its own merits.
I really enjoyed Dragon Age myself even though I definitely prefer ME1 and ME2. If you like old school RPGs you'll really love it; but if you can't get into the more tactically minded combat you'll hate it. In Dragon Age the combat is all about casting the right powers at the right time on the right enemy and positioning your team on advantageous terrain so that you won't be overwhelmed. Its a lot of fun in its own way; but its definitely a very different experience from ME2.
That said if you really want the armor and you don't want Dragon Age, you could probably find someone selling the code on Ebay.

At this point, I'm guessing that the whole "Incisor Rifle Coming Soon" thing was just misinformation, or EA has a really inaccurate definition of the word "soon"

You have to remember that people want to play as Soap Opera Stars, not Shock Trooper Commandos. Besides, unless it's Insanity, most people don't exactly need much beyond basic armor to complete ME2. Besides, Collector Armor>Cerberus Armor.

The dude I'm playing as right now is pretty damn far from a Soap Opera star, he's just one very angry looking son of a ****; but I still don't like wearing my Collector Armor since I like to see the smirk of satisfaction on my Shepard's face when he pushes a Merc off a skycraper.

I have a fear of heights, but when I'm in a bad mood, I prefer smashing his head in the glass to get the point across.
That said, I love the DLC armor. Been using the Collector Armor because I got bored of looking at Blood Dragon Armor on my Adept.
