after being granted the mouse form in the fade, i cannot use the interface to shapeshift into a mouse, therefore, i am stuck because i cannot go through the mousehole.

i tried reloading a previous save, even back before the fade, but it didn't work. I tried restarting the game, even tried restarting my computer, no luck either.

anyone can suggest a solution at that point?

What's wrong with the interface ? Not being able to click on it ? You do not see it ? Skill won't work ? If so, it must give an error message, what is it ?

the interface is there, it even shows the tooltip when i mouse over it. it just doesn't work. left click, right click, multi-furious-clicks... nothing.

I tried loading a previous game with another character that previously worked. Now it isn't working. The only thing that change was that i upgraded to patch 1.03, so i suspect that the patch is causing me trouble. Anyone else having this problem?

Might be related to 1.03. But I'Ve personally havent encountered any bugs with it yet, in oer 25hrs of play since its out.

Do you wait for the cast time to complete ?

Is there any error message ?

i figured out the problem. It was related to the no-cd patch i use (hate to play with CD, to much switching around )

Hmm, I am experiencing this as well with the 1.03 patch. But I use an ISO image I burned of the DVD to get around having to change DVD's all the time.

Im having the exact same problem. The mouseform just doesnt work. I cannot try the CD solution as I downloaded the game through Steam. Its currently at v1.02, because Steam hasnt got the v1.03 update yet.



Any suggestions? I'm out of ideas. Its looking like I will be giving up soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

No amount of clicking will garner the change to mouse form.

Has there been answer to this question? I haven't played in awhile and the only thing that's changed about my game is the update to v1.03

checked at a gamespot forum about the problem,it states that the workaround should be in the advanced tab above spells and skills.But I cannot find it.I have even re-istalled it but the bug is is still present.gotta do something.

Good news folks.My problem has been solved.Here is the thing i did



0.Check if the mouse is working correctly.

1.re-install the game.check if that solves your problem.

2.try patching the game to 1.03.



I just patched the game and now I can change the forms.I have reached a nightmare level,which is impossible to reach unless defeating the two bosses besides the nightmare.

it's simple, DONT TOGGLE MINIMAP AS LONG AS THE SHAPESHIFTER PANEL IS ACTIVE.

I have the same problem as perignan but his sulution is not a option for me. I have installed the game a year ago and i lost my disc. so im forced to play without. I have recently installed patch 1.03. In the game there is a little option bar but if i click the buttom of the mouse it doesn't respont so now im stucked and I really don't know what to do.

If you have your CD key (which can be found by going to the launcher panel, clicking "Configure", and then "Game")... you can uninstall it and then reinstall using the EA Download Manager.  It will put a digital copy on your system.

Curiously, if you're running the game now, I am wondering how... doesn't it do a disc check?

I have a no dvd launcher. I installed it to solve the problem and that isn't my isue. I really need a tip for the mouse fail in the game. If someone please could help my with that I really would appreciate it.
