Good day fellow players

I purchased MS2 this week and created an account. I redeemed the code for the Cerberus Network to receive my addiontal content. However, upon doing so it's for Xbox 360! So now, I am unable to download the content because I bought the PC version.

Off-topic note: I can't seem to create a character (for another class) even after getting the patch.

Pretty sure you get your DLC regardless of what platform you activated it for. I have an option for the XBox DLC, despite using the PC version.

The Cerberus stuff isn't cross-platform, I don't think (at least mine only shows up under the PC section).



OP, I think your only solution is e-mailing or calling (do they have a number?) EA support.
