Title says it all.
 
I can't travel anywhere on the map with the exception of the DLC areas ( this is a file that was made after the game was beaten)

Is this suppose to be how it is, or is it bugged? I had Wynne fall on me when we were traveling, my usually party is Me Allistar, Morrigan, and Leliana, But I took Wynne in place of Leliana, since I was doing RTO and I unlocked her quest about the elf kid. I have it in my log, but I can't go to any of the other places.

Yup thats it, once you beat the main game it just lets you travel around the DLC places, and that it nothing else

at least its not like other game where you can only go back to the last save before finishing the game.
