How about this for a ME3 trailer:
Shepard dies. The Normandy explodes. Anything that might actually be surprising in the game gets revealed in a 2 minute trailer in the middle of the football game I'm watching. Thanks Bioware.

The only thing I can think of off hand is the Reapers soaring towards the Citadel, Probably Shepard goes "Are you ready" Ashley and Kaiden saying "just like old times huh commander.", guys from two show up in videos do their thing, Illusive man gets popped in the face by Shepard then Shepard goes "I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!" and then it maybe ends with the Citadel opening up brightly then...
