+Tech damage only benefits direct damage powers (not % boosts like cloak). A dev posted that a while back.
+% power damage seems to affect everything though.

Is the damage bonus from adrenaline rush some sort of hidden bonus? I see it says there's a damage bonus on the wiki, but there are no damage bonuses listed in my game.

The Soldier does more damage per shot with Adrenaline Rush with the widow but will have to wait for Adrenaline Rush to come off cooldown again to fire again.
The Infiltrator's time dilation is whenever he/she is aiming with a sniper rifle and so you can fire more headshots more easily in a period of time compared to the soldier.

Damn, I must have screwed something up because my Infiltrator did more damage with a cloaked widow round than my soldier did with an AR widow round. Maybe I missed a damage upgrade or something with my soldier idk.
Anyway, i was a big fan of the time dialation every time you zoom so scewed damage output aside Id still go with infiltrator. Can't see any more damage output than my infiltrator had as being useful, killed scion in 2 cloaks.
