Hey everyone, I'm currently on my second playthrough for my import chef for me2, but when I reach the part where the normandy gets impounded I found out that somehow I havent romanced Ashley or Liara, I was trying to romance ashley, I was nice to her and everything but for some reason it didn't work. Is there some way I can get my romance back on track or do I have to start over?

Did you have a save before the all of that? Like for me I made a save before virmire so that I could romance who ever.

I had a save on Noveria but everytime I tried to talk to Ashley she said she didn't have any time to

hmm...either you accidently told her not interested, said something that turned her off OR a bug. Have you tried like landing on another planet and then talking to her after you got back on? Sometimes that iniates the dialouge. If not, you might have to load a save earlier then that and see what went wrong. I usulaly keep at least 3 to 4 saves at different points in where I figure ill make specific decisions

You must have said something wrong to Ashley, or perhaps when you were speaking to Liara you said that "Ash is nothing special to me." It sucks, but yeah, you're going to have to do another playthrough.
