I am not sure if the same team works on both Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2. If not, i must say the ME2 team is way better than the DAO team. They at least have made one polished game.

But if you use the blood abilities (have Warden's Keep activated) you will mess up the graphics for the Vigilance sword.
The power of mods.

My blood powers transfered and worked fine.
I'd blame mods, but it looks like there are PC users who are getting this bug who use none.
I'm starting to wonder whether it matters whether you're playing on console (Xbox/PS3) or PC.
I'm also starting to wonder if it matters re class. I didn't try & import a warrior yet. I've only imported a rogue and a mage. Both had Power of Blood. Both found it borked after they were imported.
And I know I'm not crazy; lots of other people are apparently seeing the same thing as me, which is that above the Power of Blood icons it says [class name not recognized] and the ability names & descriptions of the abilities have vanished. If you click the icons, you get the animations, and nothing happens.
I reached a point where I disabled all my mods - for a different reason - these abilities did not get their names back nor did they start working again.

Why i'm not constructive? why i'm angry? well, you made me pay for original game, and the expansion set, plus the DLCs, and now, you laugh at me denying the use of what i paid, and it's over a month now...
Next time i'll think twice about getting more Bioware Games/expansion sets.

Why don’t my DLC items carry forward?
The rewards in Awakening quickly outpace the best items you’d find from Origins and Origins’ DLC. The root of the issue is that the previously released DLC was not built in such a way that those DLC items import properly into Awakening.
Rather than spending the resources addressing this thorny issue in multiple DLCs, we spent our time adding features and polish that made Awakening better. We believed that since the gear was quickly replaced that this wasn’t a major issue. We are currently investigating solutions for a possible patch. Some silver lining to this, the “Power of Blood” abilities from Warden’s Keep do import properly into Awakening.
How can it work with Vigilance & Seneschal's Armor Set Graphic not fvcked up?CybAnt1 wrote...

My main is a warrior (and the only character I've transfered over so far, precisely because of these bugs), it doesn't work for warriors either.
I have the icons, but there is no description and they don't do anything.
I know there are community fixes out there, but I won't install them, because I don't trust people.

And yes, every PC player who hasn't used the re-enabler mod to use their PoB abilities, cannot use them. The icons are there but un-named, and the ability category is "[class description goes here]" and the icons generate animations but DO nothing.
Trust the modfix: it works. I know, because I've tried it. And doesn't appear to break anything else.
