ok my laptop is simply beast... not to ring my own bell but its basically as badass as it gets... but this older game is hanging every minute or so. doesnt make sense that i can run crysis full graphics np and this game is hanging. if there are any conflicts with windows 7/SLI graphics or anything else someone please let me know. hopefully there is a fix for this i mean this seems like a pretty amazing game but i paid a whole lot for a laptop that i never have to wait on and i cant wait for graphics to catch up on this game every minute or two it will make me nuts.
Rig Specs:
2.66GHz Extreme Quad proc
8GB Ram
2X NVidia 280m GPUs (1GB each) SLI
my guess is its an SLI or Windows 7 issue. any help would be most appreciated.

You can try running it in XP compatibility mode and/or with administrative rights. That gives you a total of three new options to explore, perhaps one of them will fix it.
If not, I'd agree the SLI would be a good thing to look at. Hopefully there's a profiling system or somesuch that can disable the secondary card for ME1?

yeah would suck to have to start up computer, disable SLI (which requires restart) then do it again to get it enabled again for CODMW2 lol oh well i will try compatibility mode first thx
