I have been having issues in certain spots no matter what difficulty it's on.

Mission to get Mordin:
At the part where you have to turn on the fans and the Vorcha speak to you, I would be able to complete the quest but the game would crash when it's over. Happened twice.

Mordin Loyalty Mission:
When I do reach the guy I need to saved and finish the conversations, choose the paragon choice, choose to take resarch, then choose to 'Look around some more' to open the safe at the compueter, I am stuck. I do hit B to leave but my character just elbows dead air and the pop up for 'Do you want to leave mission? A Yes B No' does not pop up. Thanks to the auto save I at least just have to sit throught dialog in place of having to go through the boss fight again and again. Happened 3-4 times.

Serris Brande Subquest:
Apparently after talking to chakwas after she applogized after the drink and I told her "Well don't worry about it" it cuts to a shot looking like I can play the game normally and she gives dialog, then it cuts to a close up shot of her saying "See you commander" and turns the seat back around. One time on the zoom shot I saw myself run around in front of her. Another time, I wasn't in the zoom shot because I was at the door. I don't think I am suppose to move through that whole conversation right?

Covering near doors, walls, etc:
In some areas like to get Grunt I can't shoot from the area I'm in cover at for some reason. I have a good shot on my enemy but the area I am covering at isn't letting me pop up and shoot from. Why?
