Well, title says it all..is there any real good questmod/s (for PC, of course) that is worth playing after beating the Main Quest? Thx in advance for your answers

hmm..I'll look into it. I hope it's integrated into the game world so you can play it with your char. Or at least I hope it's good and that it doesn't break up localizations (I've uninstalled the only two mods I've installed by now for those reasons, and I'm pretty sceptical by now).

It has no technical issues. There are a couple of pacing/layout difficulties that make it possible to get kind of lost, but but nothing game breaking.
