Hi

I have been in dialog with EA support because I don't see any dlc except my blood dragon armor from Dragon Age. EA have stopped answering me. I don't think they ever understood my situation/problem.

Maybe you can help.

First a question about where to locate the cerberus code, I told EA that I used the game serial thats just beneath the dvd in the box and they didn't object so I guess this is the code to use??

Anyway, I used this code but when I try to connect to Cerberus I can choose between
"Redeem Cerberus Code" and "Purchase access to Cerberus" - When I try to enter the code again it tells me it has already been activated.

 If the serial is not the same as the cerberus code, where do I find it? In Dragon Age there was a separete piece of paper with the code. No such thing in my ME2 game case though.

Please help

There should have been a piece of paper in the game case with a Cerebus activation code. Bad luck the game didn't come with it I guess.

Same thing happened to me! I got version of game without Cerberus Card! Waiting answer from EA now but I am afraid that I will finish like you what to do really? Buy Cerberus? which I already sopuse to get? nah...

Hi:

Had to renstall operating system now the DLC does not function and games will not load. Message suggests contacting Cerberus but the DLCs would not activate.

Any suggestions or work-arounds?

1) Did you dl the dlc and install on your computer?
2) Did you enter the account email and password for your bioware/ea account to link the game to your account so it can verify your content is allowed to be used?
3) Try not to necro 1 year old threads for unrelated problems with your game.

So the computer keyboard for Cerberus pops up and then you can't load a game??

You might try starting a new game and then when you can save/load, save the game and then try to load another game that has the dlc and see what happens.
