No Idea what is wrong. Please Help

I have registered to this sight, yet I cannot email,contact or do anything else in regards to customer support.
( thus why am posting here in hopes someone will see this)

No supprt sights even regard this account as existing. Everytime I try to log into this one, it tells me user name already exists and the only way I could even get to write this was to use an old link in my web browser.



My major issue is that the available download stuff shows stuff I have already registered and are accredited to this account ( which apparently does not exist) and they are wanting to charge me for it.

I have 2 accounts, and stuff is registered to both, how do they get combined ?



I cannot even log into the account the game and everything else is registered too now.
