I have a ladder that I want the PC and party to climb to move between levels in an area. I have my plots set up - just need to teleport the party.

Will QuickMove teleport the whole party or just the PC? Is there a different command I should use instead of QuickMove?

If you want to teleport, you want UT_LocalJump, not UT_QuickMove. Move orders the creature to walk/run to the target. If you set the final paramater bJumpParty to true, then UT_LocalJump will jump the entire party.
